Nature of Professional Services

Dream More Consultant (Private) Limited delivers customized corporate and institutional consultancy services, including strategic planning, project management, and capacity building. Due to the high reliance on intellectual capital, expert labor hours, and dedicated resource allocation, all fees paid are subject to the terms outlined below.

Retainer Fees and Initial Deposits

Any advance deposits, onboarding fees, or retainer amounts paid by government bodies, firms, NGOs, or individuals upon signing a Service Agreement are strictly non-refundable, as they secure consultant availability and initiate immediate preparatory resource allocation.

Milestone-Based Payments

Most projects are structured around clearly defined milestones. Once a milestone deliverable (e.g., draft strategy, project layout, capacity assessment report) is completed, submitted, and approved by the client, the corresponding payment block is fully non-refundable.

Cancellation of Contract by Client

If a client chooses to terminate a contract prematurely before project completion, they must provide written notice. A refund for any unearned or unexecuted milestones may be reviewed, subject to a deduction of administrative costs, hours logged, and a 20% early termination fee.

Termination of Contract by Company

In the rare event that the Company must terminate a contract due to internal operational issues, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any unexecuted portions of the project for which payment has already been collected.

Non-Refundable Expenses

All ancillary out-of-pocket expenses incurred during service delivery—including but not limited to consultant travel, lodging, venue rentals for capacity training, field survey disbursements, and third-party software licensing—are entirely non-refundable.

Service Dissatisfaction and Re-work

If a client is dissatisfied with a specific deliverable, the remedy is a formal revision or re-work period as specified in the original service contract. Financial refunds will not be issued for subjective variations in professional advisory outcomes.

Project Delays and Postponements

If a project is delayed or indefinitely paused by the client due to internal shifts or force majeure, funds received will be held as a credit for up to six (6) months. No cash or bank transfer refunds will be granted for client-side delays.

Process for Requesting a Refund Review

All refund or credit requests must be submitted formally in writing to Dreammoreconsultant@gmail.com, containing the project ID, signed contract copy, and a highly detailed justification for the request.

Finality and Discretion

The final decision regarding any partial refund, credit note, or waiver lies solely at the discretion of the Board of Directors of Dream More Consultant (Private) Limited, in accordance with applicable corporate laws of Pakistan.
