Scope of Delivery

As a professional consultancy firm, the deliverables of Dream More Consultant (Private) Limited consist of digital assets, physical strategic reports, project manuals, institutional blueprints, and live/virtual capacity building sessions.

Digital Delivery Protocol

The primary mechanism for delivering strategic plans, project management frameworks, and analytical reports is digital. Deliverables are dispatched via secure corporate email, encrypted cloud sharing links, or direct portals to the client’s designated representatives.

Physical Document Shipping

Where clients, government departments, or international donors require formal hard-bound copies, official project dossiers, or training certificates, physical documents will be securely packaged and shipped from our office at House No. 61, Palm Vista, Green Town, Faisalabad.

Courier Services and Tracking

All physical shipments within Pakistan are dispatched via premium registered courier services (such as TCS, Leopard, or DHL). The Company will provide a tracking number to the client via email or SMS immediately upon dispatch.

Shipping Charges and Cost Allocation

Unless explicitly absorbed within the main consultancy agreement, the cost of specialized printing, heavy-volume binding, international courier fees, or express domestic shipping will be billed directly to the client as an ancillary expense.

Estimated Timeline for Physical Deliveries

Standard domestic shipping within Pakistan typically takes 3 to 5 business days following the formal sign-off of the digital version. International physical deliveries for global institutions may take 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination.

Address Accuracy Obligation

The client bears sole responsibility for providing complete, accurate, and secure physical shipping addresses. The Company is not liable for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unattended address points.

Customs, Duties, and International Taxes

For international deliveries of physical materials, training kits, or reports, the recipient or receiving institution is fully responsible for clearing any local customs inspections and paying any associated import duties or cross-border levies.

Delivery of On-Site Consultancy & Capacity Building

Delivery of physical consultancy services—such as executing stakeholder workshops, institutional field audits, or capacity building seminars—takes place live at the client’s specified location or agreed-upon venues on mutually locked dates.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the event that physical deliverables arrive damaged or are lost in transit by the courier service, the Company will expedite the printing and dispatch of replacement copies at no additional service cost to the client upon receipt of verification.
